A woman was killed early Saturday on I-75 southbound in Cobb County in a collision with a tractor-trailer, authorities said.

The woman was ejected from her car after the collision, which happened about 3 a.m. near I-285, police spokeswoman Alicia Chilton said.

The woman, who was driving a 2002 Toyota Rav4, made several erratic lane changes, struck the side of the tractor-trailer, and lost control of the car, Chilton said.

The car rolled over several times, and the driver was unrestrained, Chilton said. She was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Her identity has not been released.

The tractor-trailer driver has been identified as Clyde Dantignac IV, 50, of Augusta. He was not injured.
