Kennesaw City Council recently agreed to pay Croy Engineering $69,600 for preliminary engineering and plan preparation services for the Sardis Street Extension Project.

This proposal consists of providing engineering and plans for widening and extending Sardis Street to a new intersection with Cherokee Street, realigning Cherokee Street and adding a sidewalk, a multi-use trail and a potential traffic signal.

Funding will come from the 2016 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
