Thousands of Kennesaw State University students will reach a milestone next week when they walk across the stage to mark the completion of their collegiate careers.

KSU has scheduled spring 2019 commencement ceremonies for the 3,400 students who are expected to received their degrees.

The six sessions will be held May 7-9 at the KSU Convocation Center at 590 Cobb Avenue in Kennesaw.

Keith Schroeder, founder and CEO of Cobb County-based High Road Craft Ice Cream, will give the commencement address to Coles College of Business graduates at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7.

Jonathan McMurry, KSU associate vice president for research and professor of chemistry, will speak to master’s and doctoral candidates at the 7 p.m. ceremony scheduled for later that day.

Here is the schedule of Kennesaw State University’s spring 2019 commencement ceremonies:

Tuesday, May 7

10 a.m.: Coles College of Business

3 p.m.: College of Architecture and Construction Management, College of Computing and Software Engineering, and Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology

7 p.m.: Graduate College

Wednesday, May 8

10 a.m.: College of Humanities and Social Sciences

2 p.m.: WellStar College of Health and Human Services, College of Science and Mathematics, and University College

Thursday, May 9

10 a.m.: College of Humanities and Social Sciences – School of Communication, Bagwell College of Education, and College of the Arts.

If you have loved ones who will be walking across the stage, but you can't make the ceremony, you can catch a live streaming of the graduations by visiting the KSU Commencement website. The streams will start 15 minutes before the service gets underway.
