A new regional stormwater management facility has been approved by the Kennesaw City Council.

The structure will be built on Kennesaw Drive with the initial cost being no more than $468,974 to K. M. Davis Contracting Co. Inc.

This fee will cover the excavation, grading and hauling of material for the site preparation.

Also, no more than $156,979 will be paid to McGill and Son Inc. to repair stormwater pipes and upgrade stormwater catch basins.
