Kennesaw to consider subdivision, assisted living facility

Kennesaw City Council will consider an annexation and rezoning requests on Monday.

Public hearings will begin at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Ave., Kennesaw.

An annexation/rezoning request by CapKey Pine Partners LLC is for 25.4 acres at 4005 Pine Mountain Road for a single-family subdivision.

Another rezoning request is by Jiles Road PCH, LLC for a personal care facility with assisted living on 2 two acres.
