Kennesaw’s City Council will hear a revised plan for redeveloping the Castle Lake Mobile Homes Park site on 52 acres at Cobb and Barrett parkways. The city will consider the Fuqua Acquisitions project at a planning commission meeting 7 p.m. Monday and council meeting 6 p.m. April 1 at Kennesaw City Hall, 2529 J.O. Stephenson Ave.

The council will consider plans for 305,000 square feet of retail space and 181 apartments for ages 55.and older, and also developer requests for stream and flood plain variances.
