A lot of around 11 acres will be split in two at 3650 Kennesaw Parkway.

The 5-0 decision was made by the Kennesaw City Council on Feb. 3.

Blake Dexter, on behalf of Michael D. Bentley/Hayes, James & Associates, Inc. of Norcross, made the request.

The property will be zoned Heavy Industrial (HI) but used as a commercial subdivision with the maximum building height of 50 feet.

Kennesaw’s Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the lot split to the Council.

Kennesaw 75 Venture is the project’s name in affiliation with Dexter Companies of Atlanta.
