Because of Independence Day, some DeKalb County residents should expect delays in garbage collection next week, the county said.

If your pickup day is Monday or Tuesday, the collection will happen as usual. If your normal day is Wednesday, the trash will be picked up Thursday. If your normal day is Thursday, it’ll be Friday.
