The Georgia Supreme Court Monday told a Cobb County judge to reconsider charges against three lawyers accused of conspiring to steal more than $3 million from Gaston Glock and his companies, including Glock Inc.

The court said that, before trial, a determination needs to be made whether the statute of limitations has expired on 11 counts in the indictment, thereby barring prosecution. Former federal prosecutor Jim Harper and lawyers Jerry Chapman and Jeffery Pombert have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
