A Jonesboro man was speeding when his motorcycle collided with a stopped vehicle, Clayton County police said Monday.

Jazzmin Deshawn Seay, 30, was pronounced dead near the intersection of Ga. 85 and Webb Road, where the collision happened Sunday about 5:15 p.m., police said.

No information was available about the vehicle Seay struck, except that the occupants were not injured. The motorcycle and the car both were traveling north on Ga. 85 near Riverdale. The crash happened after the vehicle stopped at a traffic signal and Seay’s motorcycle collided with it, police said.
