Johns Creek has announced qualifying dates and other information for the Nov. 7 general election.

Qualifying for the office of mayor and the City Council seats for Post 1, 3 and 5 will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., Aug. 21-23, in Suite 400 at City Hall, 12000 Findley Road. Qualifying fees are $750 for the mayor’s seat and $450 for each council seat.

The run-off election, if needed, will be Dec. 5. The deadline for citizens to register to vote is Oct. 10. Advance voting begins Oct. 16. For information, contact the city clerk at 678-512-3212 or email Joan.Jones@JohnsCreekGA.gov.
