For stuff that can’t just go out with the garbage, Johns Creek and Keep North Fulton Beautiful will hold a household hazardous waste collection on Saturday, Nov. 10.
The event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Target and Home Depot parking lot, 5950 State Bridge Road, and is for Johns Creek residents only. To verify city residency: https://bit.ly/2SqLH86

Accepted items include herbicide, pesticide, motor oil, anti-freeze, gasoline, mercury thermostats and thermometers, electronics, non-alkaline batteries, propane cylinders, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, cooking oils and fluorescent bulbs. Paint is limited to 10 containers, maximum of 10 gallons combined.
