Johns Creek invites comments for 2030 Plan
Johns Creek is inviting residents to comment about future transportation, commercial and residential development needs as it updates its 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
Based on feedback received thus far from residents and others in meetings, workshops and surveys, the city proposes five goals.
They are to create a “multi-modal transportation network,” reduce traffic congestion and connect neighborhoods and schools; create a city identity and preserve the character of residential neighborhoods; expand the city’s economic base; provide superior recreational and cultural activities; and develop tools to implement the goals – revise the zoning ordinance and development regulations.
