A John Deere Gator was stolen from Brookwood High School early Saturday morning, a Gwinnett County Public Schools spokesman said.
The all-terrain vehicle was last seen on Friday afternoon inside a shed near the school’s athletic fields. An employee noticed the vehicle was missing late Saturday afternoon.
Surveillance video shows someone drive the vehicle off campus around 4:45 a.m. Saturday. The suspect accessed the shed where the vehicle was stored from the baseball field, spokesman Bernard Watson said.
Gators are typically used to move supplies for activities like landscaping and athletics. Vehicles retail anywhere from $6,969 to more than $12,199, depending on the model and features, according to the John Deere website.
