The injuries appear to be minor in an accident involving two school buses Tuesday, police said.
Police said the buses came in contact with each other in the parking lot of Rocky Plains Elementary School in Covington.
Georgia State Patrol investigators at the scene said more than 30 children and two adults were taken to Newton Medical Center after complaining of injuries. GSP said it has not compiled a final list of those who were taken to the hospital.
The first bus was stopping to unload passengers when it was hit in the rear by the second bus, the GSP said.
Possible charges for the second bus driver are pending the outcome of the investigation, authorities said.
