Fulton County Health Services' second and final back-to-school immunization rush week runs from Monday to Saturday. Parents needing health records to enroll children in schools can get required vaccinations and eye-ear-dental screenings done at three regional health centers: the Adamsville center in Atlanta, the College Park center in south Fulton and the North Fulton center in Alpharetta. Prices are based on income.

Parents should bring copies of immunization records, Medicaid or insurance cards and proof of Fulton residency. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Information: 404-612-1211.
