Fulton County Health Services' second and final back-to-school immunization rush week runs from Monday to Saturday. Prices are based on income.

Parents should bring copies of immunization records, Medicaid or insurance cards and proof of Fulton residency. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Information: 404-612-1211.
