Local employees are invited to participate in a job fair hosted by the city of Holly Springs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 2, at the historic train depot, 164 Hickory Road.

"Local businesses in search of new employees should visit www.hollyspringsga.us/jobfair to download an employer registration form," according to a city announcement. "Spaces will fill quickly, so don't delay."

The Atlanta Regional Commission Job Bus will be on site, with a job coach and equipment on board to help job seekers with their online job search, officials said. So far, the Holly Springs Police Department and R&D Mechanical Services have committed to attend.

"Come with plenty of resumes, ready to meet your next employer and network with fellow job-seekers," the city says. The event is free. Information: https://bit.ly/2uMWfXo
