Holly Springs culvert work could delay drivers

A culvert replacement project could cause delays at a Holly Springs intersection for the balance of the week.

City officials said a contractor began work Monday at Childers Road and Holly Street replacing two culverts, extending the concrete flume along the roadway and extending storm pipe under Childers Road. The city said motorists can expect delays until the project wraps up on Friday.
