Holiday returns as Stockbridge clerk

Former Stockbridge city clerk Vanessa Holiday was reinstated in that position by the City Council at a Dec. 18 called meeting. She formerly held the post until she was not reappointed at the beginning of 2013, and she ran for mayor later that year, finishing second to current Mayor Tim Thompson. Three separate city clerks have been appointed since her last tenure, and a deputy city clerk has been filling the role on an interim basis for the past two months.
