Hindu temple in Mableton approved by Cobb County

A Hindu temple in Mableton received 5-0 approval July 17 by the Cobb County Board of Commissioners.
The location of the Shree Mandir Hindu Temple is 560 Lions Club Drive on 2.72 acres in the Veterans Memorial Highway Corridor.
There are 60 proposed parking spaces for the 24,588 square-foot facility that will include warehouse space for the church.
Hours will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 9 a.m. to midnight Fridays to Sundays, Shree Mandir, Inc.’s attorney Adam J. Rozen of Sams, Larkin, Huff and Balli told the commissioners.
