Atlanta Public School 11th and 12th graders can earn community service hours towards graduation with the city of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation.

Juniors and seniors can satisfy high school graduation requirements by volunteering with the city of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation in one of our service areas such as administrative, after school program (K-5th grade), athletics or recreation operations.

Volunteer hours are 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays at Ben Hill, Grove Park, Dunbar, Pittman Park, Bessie Branham, Martin Luther King Jr., Central Park and Rosel Fann recreation centers.
