Henry County is now using the SeeClickFix application that will allow citizens to report quality-of-life issues and request county services, officials announced.

With the free mobile app and web tools, Henry Countians will now be able to connect with county staff through pictures, videos and specific descriptions to log concerns or report issues. In addition, the platform provides officials with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution, “engaging county citizens throughout the process,” according to a staff report. Citizens will also be able to pay taxes online.

The app is available for download in Android’s Google Play Store and iPhone’s App Store.
