Henry County to host GDOT town hall meeting

A town hall meeting with officials from the Georgia Department of Transportation is scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at the Henry County Administration Building, 140 Henry Parkway in McDonough.

The purpose of the meeting, according to a statement from the state DOT, is to provide a status update on pre-construction and construction projects now underway within Henry County. The meeting will begin with a formal presentation of the projects. After that, project managers from the state DOT will be available to answer questions regarding their assigned projects.
