Piedmont Henry Hospital generated more than $145 million in revenue for the local and state economy in 2014, according to a report by the Georgia Hospital Association, and provided more than $14 million in uncompensated care while sustaining 3,189 full-time jobs throughout the county and state.

The report revealed that Piedmont Henry had direct expenditures of more than $181 million in 2014. When combined with the economic multiplier developed by the United States Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Economic Analysis, the total economic impact of those expenditures was more than $414 million.
