A new resolution adopted Jan. 4 by the Henry County Board of Commissioners has removed the opportunity previously afforded to citizens for a 15-minute public comment slot at a regular meeting. This had been allowed for people who requested a spot on the agenda several days in advance. The board will continue to allow up to five minutes for each person who signs up at the beginning of a meeting. Information: www.henrycounty-ga.org.
