DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs and District 1 Commissioner Nancy Jester will hold an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new tennis courts at Henderson Park 10 a.m. July 12 at 2803 Henderson Road in Tucker.
A total of $155,800 was allocated from DeKalb County 2006 Park Bond funds to complete the tennis court renovations. The previous tennis courts were completely demolished and four new courts were placed in the same locations.
