A hearing for a teenager accused of killing his 8-year-old cousin was postponed on Monday until June. Charlie Oliver Jr., 17, was scheduled to appear in DeKalb County Superior Court related to charges that he shot Solomon Zellner in the face last July in the room the two shared. Oliver, who was 16 at the time, has said the shooting was an accident. DeKalb prosecutors have charged Oliver as an adult.
