Health department gives back-to-school vaccinations

For parents needing health records to enroll children in schools, Fulton County Health Services will have immunization rush weeks this week and next, with prices based on income. Through Friday, then Aug. 6-11, the department will offer required vaccinations and eye-ear-dental screenings at three regional health centers: the Adamsville center in Atlanta, the College Park center in south Fulton and the North Fulton center in Alpharetta.

Parents should bring copies of shot records, Medicaid or insurance cards and proof of Fulton residency. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Information: 404-612-1211.
