Hapeville roads to change next month

Willingham Drive and Colville Avenue will undergo modifications next month.

After the 30 day notification period, Colville Avenue will permanently be a one way street from Margaret Street to Willingham Drive heading northbound. Motorists will no longer be able to enter Colville Avenue heading southbound from the Willingham Drive intersection. Signs went up earlier this month and depending upon the water, the changes will go into effect April 9 or later.
