The Hapeville Design Review Committee will consider an application seeking approval for construction of an outdoor dining area during it regular meeting 6 p.m. Wednesday at Hapeville City Hall, 3468 North Fulton Ave. The applicant, Ho Ann, is representing JPresso Bakery for improvements to property at 407 North Central Ave., Suite B.
The committee will also review home improvement requests by Suhani Patel, to add an attached garage, bedroom and closets at 3415 Hamilton Ave. and Herbert Bush to add additional living space at 3022 Dogwood Drive.
