Hapeville to hold LCI draft master plan meeting

The City of Hapeville will hold its fourth meeting on its LCI/Comprehensive Plan from 6-7:30 p.m. March 2 at Hoyt-Smith Conference Center, located at 3444 N. Fulton Ave. Citizens will be able to give feedback on the draft master plan.

The LCI major plan update builds from previous LCI plans and studies including the Hapeville Main Street Town Center LCI Study of 2005, which included goals to encourage diverse mixed income neighborhoods at the town center, provide access to various modes of transportation, preserve the center’s historic characteristics and provide planning funding for the center’s development.
