The Hapeville Design Review Committee will consider four rezoning applications during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Hapeville City Hall, 3468 North Fulton Ave. One request by David Burt, submitted on behalf of the owner, Scott Pendergrast, is seeking approval to place an original art mural on the west side elevation of the building located at 583 North Central Ave.

Three of the rezoning request are for additions to residential homes. Two applications are for adding bedrooms to homes at 3415 Hamilton Ave. and 3311 Northside Drive. One request is to convert a roof of the house at 3302 Myrtle St.
