The Hapeville City Council will hold a public hearing 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive. The hearing is to consider $6,500 for architectural and structural system designs for 597 North Central Ave., the site of the future Hapeville Performing Arts Building. If approved the council will also consider using noncompetitive bid negotiations for the construction of the building.

Another agenda item is consideration to approve a rezoning request from Todd Addison of Airport Station for the 10.54 acre parcel located at the intersection of South and South Central avenues.
