The Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District will hold its second community meeting as part of the Jimmy Carter Boulevard Livable Centers Initiative 6 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at Community Room A at Lucky Shoals Park, 4651 Britt Road in Norcross.

This meeting will build on input provided at the first community meeting with a hands-on design workshop. The CID’s design team will actually draw concepts on paper as ideas are discussed. An assortment of snacks from Jimmy Carter Boulevard restaurants will be provided.
