Gwinnett Tech recognized in Volkswagen event

Nov 16, 2010More than 50 Gwinnett Technical College students were eager interns for the recent 2010 Volkswagen dealer meeting in Atlanta.
GTC students assisted the NDI Group, an automotive management company, with preparation of 700 vehicles for Volkswagen dealers to drive to the company’s brand-new facility in Chattanooga, Tenn.
The student’s tasks were matched to their field of study at Gwinnett Tech. Their jobs included assisting on-site maintenance technicians, providing photography and video for the event, preparing gift bags and marketing materials, and assisting the production team by driving vehicles.
Two Gwinnett Tech students decided to join the NDI auto show team for the upcoming season.
