Gwinnett County police responded to a bank robbery at the SunTrust bank at Sugarloaf Parkway and Lawrenceville Highway on Tuesday morning.

At 9:57 a.m. a call was received that a single individual entered the building, stole cash and fled.

Although Gwinnett County police are not certain only one individual was involved, they have identified one suspect as a heavy-set black male, 5-feet-10 to 6 feet tall, wearing glasses, a  hat, tan pants and a black shirt.

He was last seen fleeing the SunTrust on foot.
