There was food on a dicer and utensil holder that were both stored as clean and unwashed produce was stored over ready-to-eat food, causing a cross-contamination risk, the inspection report says. Chemicals were stored next to food containers, tinfoil and paper towels, the report says.

Some employees were wearing jewelry, had painted nails and were not wearing gloves while preparing food, the report says. Another employee had an open drink in the food preparation area, a violation of the health code, according to the report.

After the failed inspection, management at the Peachtree Industrial Road store was replaced, according to a restaurant spokesperson.

“We take the results of the recent health inspection very seriously and we are taking action to address this situation. We have replaced the restaurant’s management team to ensure that all of the issues identified on the inspection report are remedied. The care and well-being of our customers is of primary importance to us.
