A Panda Express location on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard failed its latest health inspection, Gwinnett County records show.
The Chinese chain restaurant’s Duluth location earned a 67/U on the Sept. 10 inspection. It earned a 95/A on its March inspection, the last score on record.
Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were kept at temperatures not warm enough to be considered safe, the report says. The teriyaki chicken was reheated and the orange chicken was thrown away, according to the report.
Unwashed vegetables were found stored over ready-to-eat chow mein noodles, the inspection report says. Food debris was found on utensils stored as clean, and an employee was drinking from a Dunkin’ Donuts cup in the food preparation area, according to the report.
