Gwinnett police release photos of dead man's tattoos

Aug 15, 2012

Detectives released photos of two tattoos Wednesday in hopes of finding out the identity of a man found dead in a Gwinnett County office park.

They are not disclosing the location of the Mickey Mouse tattoo, but the tribal tattoo was on the man's upper arm, Gwinnett police said in a news release. The deceased is described as a white male who stood 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 200 pounds.

Authorities have been investigating the suspicious death since the man's body was found around 2:30 a.m. Monday on Technology Parkway South in Peachtree Corners.

Police received a call about a "suspicious person sleeping or possibly dead" behind a business, then officers found the deceased man with head injuries.

The autopsy was inconclusive on the cause of death, police said. The results of toxicology tests will not be available for several weeks.

Anyone with information on the case should call detectives at 770-513-5300.
