A concerned citizen approached a Gwinnett County police officer shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday to report two naked men running down Pucketts Drive.

The officer, who was at a Quick Trip on Highway 78 near Davis Road, quickly found the two 17-year-olds, Sgt. Brian Doan, a spokesman for Gwinnett County police, said in a news release.

“The officer activated his blue lights at which point the men turned and looked at the officer then attempted to flee on foot,” Doan wrote.

One man was quickly taken into custody after he got caught up in a briar patch, Doan said. The other male was located a short time later at his house.

The teens told police they decided to go streaking since they had never done it before.

They were each charged with public indecency, loitering and prowling and obstruction.
