The Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District announced Wednesday its 2016 boundary expansion effort is underway. This is GPCID’s fourth expansion.

The 2015 expansion added more than $47 million of new property valuation to the GPCID, giving the District additional support and funds to invest back into economic redevelopment improvements projects in the Greater Gwinnett Place area.

The goal of the expansion is to increase the CID’s annual revenue, which will fund additional improvement projects, and to encourage more property owner participation in the overall redevelopment efforts of the Greater Gwinnett Place area.
