A McDonald’s in Sugar Hill failed its latest health inspection, records show.

The fast food restaurant on Cumming Highway earned a 67/U on the Wednesday morning inspection. Violations included a rolling rack of bread being stored under an "insect control device." The bread was moved to an appropriate storage area.

Dirty utensils were found in the sink designated for vegetable preparation, the inspection report said. Sanitizer buckets were not properly labeled and some employees did not wash their hands after touching raw meat, according to the report.

McDonald’s did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
