A Gwinnett County McDonald’s has failed a routine health inspection.

A McDonald’s in Sugar Hill failed its latest health inspection, records show.

The fast food restaurant on Cumming Highway earned a 67/U on the Wednesday morning inspection. Violations included a rolling rack of bread being stored under an "insect control device." The bread was moved to an appropriate storage area.

Chipotle opening first location in Suwanee, still hiring workers

Dirty utensils were found in the sink designated for vegetable preparation, the inspection report said. Sanitizer buckets were not properly labeled and some employees did not wash their hands after touching raw meat, according to the report.

This restaurant received a 90/A and a 99/A on its past two inspections. A score of 69 or below is considered failing.

McDonald’s did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
