Six Parkview High School students have been accused of sexual misconduct, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The school has taken “disciplinary action” with the students, district spokeswoman Sloan Roach said. The students “had been at school, left campus, and then returned to campus” in the incident linked to the sexual misconduct charges.

The charges are not criminal, but charges of violating school rules, Roach said.

“In this type of situation, students are typically suspended pending a disciplinary panel,” Roach told Channel 2 in an emailed statement.

The six students allegedly snuck off campus to have sex with a girl, Channel 2 reported. Multiple students told Channel 2 that the students were athletes, though Roach did not confirm that.
