The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday to discuss and possibly take action on unspecified matters related to a lawsuit between the county and its 15 cities. The commission also will meet in closed session at 5 p.m.

Last month a judge ruled Gwinnett cannot charge city residents for police, fire and other services unless the cities consent. Gwinnett officials have appealed the ruling but said settlement talks continue.
