New Life Academy of Excellence, the first start-up public charter school in Gwinnett County, has completed the purchase of its Duluth campus facility.

The school bought the 40,000-square-foot, one-level brick building located at 4725 River Green Parkway for a little more than $2 million. New Life Academy purchased the facility from Germania of America, Inc., with financing provided through Regions Bank.
