A three-year grant from an anonymous donor is funding fine arts programs for teachers and students in Fayette County. Events led by the Woodruff Arts Center and its four partners – Arts for Learning, the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the High Museum of Art – will take place on Fayette school campuses and at the Atlanta center.

The first program, a professional learning day with interactive workshops for all fine arts teachers, was held recently at the LaFayette Educational Center in Fayetteville.
