DeKalb County has accepted a joint federal and state grant that will provide various services to senior citizens.

The $1.68 million grant requires a $132,000 match from the county to pay for transportation, meals, personal care and other services in the aging/nutrition program. The funding covers expenses for a year, starting on July 1.
