Three Hall County children reported missing Sunday have been found safe, and their grandmother has been charged with kidnapping the children, authorities said.

Hall sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Bailes said Becky Ramsey McCollum, 45, allegedly abducted Paula Danielle Mull, 7, Kyah Navae Hooks, 4 and Andrew Kane Mull, 3.

Bailes said McCollum, who is the maternal grandmother of the children, “is a mental health patient and is thought to be off her medication.”

The children had last been seen Sunday morning, and a Levi’s Call alert for issued Sunday evening.

The alert was canceled early Monday, and Bailes said the children had been been returned to their mother and were unharmed.
