Atlanta Watershed Management customers who received E-bills on June 8 may have noticed something missing in their billings: The base charges were displayed, but usage charges were not.

While usage charges were not shown, the total amount due was correct, the water agency advises. Printed bills were not affected.

While Atlanta Watershed works to resolve the issue, it says customers who wish to verify amounts due can call the department at 404-546-0311 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and speak to a customer service representative. They also can review their accounts online at WebConnect: http://bit.ly/1Xtx8Q4
