Georgia State University received a nearly $5 million grant to provide college scholarships to Latino students and provide them with internships, mentors and other support to help them become community leaders. The gift is the third the college has received from the Goizueta Foundation to recruit, retain and graduate students. Latino students are the fastest-growing population among college students and Georgia State historically enrolls the most Latinos among the 35 campuses in the University System of Georgia.
